Greg Francuz, Partner at Zafar Francuz & Company, is a Florida CPA. Greg received his MBA from The University of San Diego with an emphasis in Finance. He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of San Diego. He has lived in Florida since 1994, and is also a Notary Public. His hobbies are skiing, and coin collecting.

Greg brings a wealth of experience to this company. He has been in the Accounting Industry for over 30 years. In 1994, he became the Controller of Dayco Holding Corp., located on Brickell Ave. Dayco built high rise condominiums in Sunny Isles, luxury homes in Vail, Colorado, and single-family homes in New Jersey as well as South Florida.

After Dayco, Greg became the CFO for Lowell Homes. Lowell Homes is a single-family home builder in South Florida. At Lowell, he worked with many banks to assist in the financing of their projects as well as run the entire accounting department.

After Lowell, Greg worked for Jorge Perez at The Related Group. He became the Controller of their management division called TRG Management of Florida. After several years at TRG, he was promoted to Corporate Controller for The Related Group of Florida.

Currently, Greg is an active members of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Florida Institute of CPA’s.
